Total Body Circuit – A Quick Whole Body Loop Band Workout

The best way to stay moving is to keep movement simple. Sometimes, it’s not about fitting in the full 60 minutes but getting in your movement break when you can. Grab a loop band and join me in this quick whole-body circuit.

Recommend 8-10 repetitions of each exercise, and if you can fit in 3-4 rounds of each of these, that’s awesome. But know that 1 round is better than none!

Lateral Step to Squat Combo into Lunges

Quadruped to Hover Glute Series

Lateral Lunge to Row + Single Leg Balance

Abs + Obliques
