I really enjoy training my core muscles. I like that it makes me feel stronger in ALL categories if your core is tight.
What’s your favorite Pilates move?
Let’s be honest, everyone’s favorite…I like feet in straps most because it feels nice to be able to stretch the muscles. Love an active stretch!
What’s one of your go-to snacks?
Mango is definitely my favorite snack.
What do you enjoy most about Pilates?
That post-workout feeling when you are done and you have extra motivation to accomplish the day!
What’s something you cannot live without?
I would have to say family and friends. Everything else is replaceable. – C.
