Plank Exercises on The Reformer Part Two

The versatility of the plank bars creates an awesome three-dimensional platform for you to amp up your Reformer sessions. In this “Around the Reformer” circuit flow, you’ll get loads of ideas on how to use the plank bars and how changing a hand position will totally shift where you and your clients feel the exercise.

You can add on to PART 1 with the following flows which focus on adding the long box for variety and then moving onto the floor to finish with balance and integration.

Plank Bar Circuit Flow – Part 2:

Recommend 8-10 repetitions of each exercise and don’t forget to do the other side (not shown).
