Plank Exercises on the Reformer! PART 1

The versatility of the plank bars creates an awesome three-dimensional platform for you to amp up your Reformer sessions. In this “Around the Reformer” circuit flow, you’ll get loads of ideas on how to use the plank bars and how changing a hand position will totally shift where you and your clients feel the exercise.

Check out this video with 5 Plank Bar circuit exercises. I hope you’ll go for all or some of these!

NOTE: Recommend 8-10 repetitions of each exercise and don’t forget to do the other side (not shown in video).
