Melissa Nagai

Melissa has worked in fitness since 1993, and is an accomplished runner with 3 marathons and many half marathons races under her belt. She cycles, having completed a 122km bike race in the summer of 2017. Melissa started doing Pilates in 2004 and credits it with changed the way she approached all of her own fitness, as well as how she coaches her clients. Pilates is her glue, bridging all other exercise modalities together. She is the Owner of b.Pilates & Fitness Studio and Online Ap, located in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada.
