Strengthening Bodies and Rebuilding Communities

In a world often defined by individual pursuits, the power of community and collective action shines the brightest during times of adversity. The Pilates community at EHS Pilates has harnessed this power, extending their passion for fitness beyond the studio to support the recovery of Maui, an island that has faced the devastating consequences of a recent fire.

A Community United:

At EHS Pilates, the sense of community has always been at the core of their practice. Clients, trainers, and employees alike share a commitment to not only strengthening their bodies but also strengthening the bonds of compassion and support.

The recent fire that swept through Maui left a deep impact on the hearts of many, including the EHS Pilates community. It’s been over a month since the flames ravaged the island, but the focus on recovery remains unwavering.

Boots on the Ground:

Janine Fondiller, a dedicated trainer at EHS Pilates, epitomizes the commitment of the community. She’s just returned from Maui, where she was actively participating in recovery efforts. It’s her boots-on-the-ground approach that reflects the spirit of the entire team. But Janine is not alone. She is joined by Nancy Myers and M. Valentin, two other EHS Pilates /Balanced Body Educators, who are equally committed to making a difference in Maui’s recovery. Together, they lead the charge for the “Mat for Maui” initiative.

“Mat for Maui” A Pilates Fundraiser with Global Reach:

“Mat for Maui” is a unique fundraising initiative designed to harness the power of the global Pilates community. Making a Difference, One Class at a Time:

The heart of “Mat for Maui” lies in its mission. 100% of the proceeds from this initiative will be channeled directly to The People Fund of Maui, ensuring that your contribution directly supports those in need.

This is more than just Pilates; it’s a demonstration of the power of community and compassion. It’s about coming together to make a real and meaningful difference in the lives of those who have faced unimaginable hardship.

More than a Pilates Fundraiser:

“Mat for Maui” is more than a Pilates fundraiser; it’s a testament to the strength of the human spirit when united for a common cause. It’s a declaration that Pilates is not just about physical strength but also about the strength of the collective heart.

Join EHS Pilates and the global Pilates community in “Mat for Maui.” Let’s rebuild Maui, one Pilates move at a time. Your support is not just a donation; it’s a lifeline of hope for those on the road to recovery. Together, we’ll rise from the ashes, stronger and more connected than ever before.
