The Movement of Resistance – Persist & Uplift
To move the needle consistently and constantly towards equity for all, we must focus on resistance as a way to both persist and uplift! An invitation, if you will, for all to be in the room, join in the conversation without judgment, and share in the momentum and movement forward.
In Pilates and movement, exercise and progression take time to learn, grow and reap the benefit. Day 1 and day 20 of your practice will look entirely different. During the journey, there will be much persistence to find the movement inside your own ecosystem.
