Tasha, a native of Chicago, began her fitness career selling memberships at a local gym in 2004. Since then, she has earned a 500 hour Pilates certification (and is getting ready to do it again through Balanced Body), a 250-hour yoga certification, AFAA personal training, ACE and AFAA group fitness, and twenty-plus additional specialty fitness certifications. She is also a certified integrative health coach. Tasha is currently an ambassador for NOW Foods, the Movement Shop, and Organic India. She is also a contributing blogger to Pilates Anytime and an instructor on John Garey TV. Tasha holds degrees in sociology and counseling and focuses on inclusive and accessible wellness for all. She currently lives in Madison, Alabama, and is obsessed with SmartBells.
