Lisa Reynolds is Director of Mind Body Programs at East Bank Club in Chicago. When Lisa discovered Pilates, she suffered from chronic pain and headaches that she assumed would be a part of her life for good. After a handful of mat classes, she felt better than she had in years, and her continued practice of Pilates resolved her pain issues completely. Inspired to help others restore their health, Lisa attended the teacher training program at From the Center Pilates in Chicago. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), and has an overwhelming addiction to continuing education courses. In addition to Pilates, Lisa teaches the GYROTONIC Method and Yoga. She serves as a Master Instructor for Balanced Body’s Anatomy in Three Dimensions Program, and has presented workshops on the topics of customer service and leadership on a national stage. In studio, she specializes in training pre-and postnatal women, clients with neurological conditions, and post-rehab recovery for athletes.
