Contrology is proud to sponsor the Pilates Contrology Conference 2023 in Greater Atlanta. This November, six outstanding Pilates teachers, including Sandy Shimoda, Miguel Silva, Noam Gagnon, Els Lobbedey, Jihye Kim, and Fernando Sadir, will come together to offer 12 workshops to Pilates teachers and enthusiasts. Plus, there will be a special Zoom session with Jay Grimes himself on Friday evening! Experience the beauty and genius of the Contrology equipment line while you learn and grow with others from around the US.

Hosted by our Contrology Authorized Demo Center owner Joel Crosby at this Duluth, Georgia, Vitality Method Pilates studio, this conference will surely be good. Each of these instructors will offer two workshops throughout the weekend. Join one, two, or all. (And if you can’t make it to Georgia, there will also be some openings for online participants.) Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from six special teachers, who will also offer private sessions at the studio a few days before and after the conference.
